GamerDex respects intellectual property. The encyclopedia references games and media that belong to publishers and creators — if something on our pages infringes your copyright, we want to know.
How to send a notice
Email support@gamerdex.online with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the exact GamerDex URL(s) where the material appears, (3) your contact information, and (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, plus a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act, and your signature (physical or electronic).
We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to material where appropriate.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the information required under the DMCA. We may restore content when the law allows.
